Repurpose the XML document.

Open the XML file in an XML-compatible application such as Adobe GoLive®, or convert it to another format, such as WML or VoiceXML. You can use XML files to publish data to the Web, wireless devices (using WML), or audio formats (using VoiceXML).

Because the XML format is so flexible, you can make the content available to a wide range of people, without everyone having to use the same application to access it.
