Connect interface outputs to the amplifier inputs

Connect interface outputs to the amplifier inputs.

Connect a stereo pair of interface outputs to the Left and Right amplifier inputs.

Alternatively, if your interface has multiple outputs, you can connect each output to a mixer channel, and then connect the mixer outputs to the amplifier inputs.
