3d Tentacles

Learn how to create 3d-ish tentacles that look stylish, yet scary. This is a very handy to tutorial to start with because it’s so easy!

Follow these guidelines to get spooky tentacles…

  • Step 1 Create a new image any size with a random background;
    Grab the Retangular Marquee Tool and make a selection kinda like mine;

  • Step 2 Fill it with a gradient;
    Click Edit>Transform>Perspective and make the gradient look like this;

  • Step 3 Click Filter>Disort>Shear and play around with the settings;
    Play around with the settings and make more tentacles and maybe add some splatters like me:
