Learn how to recreate the text-style from the movie shrek. Create that crispy font that gets the logo. Perfect to learn because this is very easy again ;)

Follow these steps to create the text of the movie Shrek!

  • Step 1 Open up a new image, no matter what size, and add some text;

  • Step 2 Add these settings to the layer;

  • Step 3 Then create a layer under the text layer and merge them together;

  • Step 4 Create a layer above the first layer and fill it with white;

  • Step 5 Filter>Texture>Craquelure and set it to: 15,6,9;

  • Step 6 Copy the layer and flip it horizontal and set the blending-mode to multiply;

  • Step 7 Set your texture-layer to multiply and press Ctrl+G;

  • Step 8 Change the opacity and add a little background and you’re done…
