Making Heavy Rain

Give photo’s this extra touch to pretend like it’s raining very hard. You can also use this to tease relatives by modifying your holiday-photo’s and tell them you had a bad time… Be creative!

Today’s forecast: Learn how to make rain!

• Step 1 Open up a new image any size;

  

• Step 2 Create a new layer on top, fill it with white and go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise and set it to 70;

  

• Step 3 Go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur;

  

• Step 4 Set the blending-mode to lighten, overlay or screen, which depends on the picture;

  

• Step 5 Press CTRL+L and add these settings

  

• Step 6 And there you go…
  You can aso Press CTRL+U and change the saturation…
