The divisions between the text are possible to create using the instrument
. Make a vertical line with 1 px width. Then paint the markings with the instrument
and light color. Make one more line, but this time of dark color. Take the instrument
and erase the ends of our lines. The horizontal lines we’ll make different from the vertical ones.

and draw horizontally the lines. Paint them, mark a greater part and gradient the marked places, using the instrument

Insert the text about the page’s name and the information about you, like it is done in the picture.
