Copy the new layer and apply Free Transform option to correct the size. Change the color on the next one – A2C83E. 
Copy the new layer and make use of Free Transform selection again to correct the sizes and change the color on the next one – EFB94C. 
Copy the recently created layer and apply again Free Transform to correct the parameters and to change the color on F7941D. 
Copy the new layer. Make use of Free Transform, correct the sizes and change the color on EE1D24. 
Merge all the layers, composing the rainbow in a group. Copy the group and apply Free Transform again to turn it around, like it is demonstrated in the picture. 
Place the layers correctly.
Take the instrument 
to represent one more figure of white color with the shown sizes.
