Blending Options-Drop Shadow
The same way you can introduce several small stars with the same color and the same Blending Options-Drop Shadow. 
Place correctly the layers all the time!
Applying the indicated tool again 
, try to represent a figure like the next one. 
Apply the same color and the same method to draw several more elements, like next picture shows it. 
Place correctly the layers!
Choose the same instrument and draw now a figure colored in 9CB0CB. 
Don’t forget about the layers’ placements! 
Apply the previous instrument and the same color to represent next element, shown below. 
Don’t’ forget about placing correctly the layers!
Choose again the known tool already to picture the next figure colored in EAEFF3. 
The final result!
