Create a new file, having next dimensions: 345×345 px and 72 dpi. Create a figure next, applying the following instrument , which Radius must be of 40px. Next table are indicated Blending Options’ parameters.







We’ll get the next:



Picture now many circles with different Stroke, using the instrument . Fill 0% on the layers’ window. The color’s code is CB0101.



Create then a new layer. Next instrument can be helpful to paint in white everything that is situated outside the picture’s frame.



Apply now a new instrument to represent next figure of white color.
