Using the next tool , insert a new rectangle now with the parameters from next step.

Apply again tool and picture the necessary circle. Choose then the same tool, but keep pressed this time the Alt button to introduce another opening in our picture.

Apply the previous instrument again to picture the next circle. It must have the parameters from next image.
