Open anew file with 1000x649 px and 72 dpi.
Choose now the indicated instrument an insert the headline’s background. The color’s code must be 4A4A4A.



Create now the texture for the inserted already background.
Open a new file with 194x194 px. Apply next instrument now on a new layer, but previously delete the white background. Create the same picture from the next image. Use the next selection also: Edit>Define Pattern and save it.



Choose now the very first created layer and select Blending Options/Pattern Overlay to choose the texture.





Apply now the shown tool and represent a rectangle. Place it above the picture. Its code must be 5D5D5D and the parameters from Blending Options. Make everything look like in the picture below.
