Insert the words now next to the interface’s text windows, keeping the type, size and the color. Keep the parameters too. 
Add now the lateral menu (you may see the parameters in the next table) 
Blending Options-Outer Glow
In the end you may apply the next instrument 
to create opposite to each word this: 
The color is 990000.
