Create Radio Station Header in Photoshop CS

Copy the new made layer now and erase from it all the effects except Blending Options-Stroke. Minimize it a little with the Free Transform option and change the shown parameter: Blending Options-Stroke.

Fill 0% on the layers. The Opacity must be of 97%.
