Open a new file which must have 688×220 px and 72 dpi. Paint it with the demonstrated color – 25333F. 
Take the indicated tool 
after that and represent the lowest layer of the button. It must have this color: A7B3B3. 
Blending Options-Stroke
Copy the new made layer and apply the previous instrument (keeping pressed the Alt button) to insert on the bottom a cut. The parameters are shown below.
