On a new layer you have to take the brush with blurred edges to pain the picture’s corners in the shown color – D1D9D8. 
Copy the layer with the orifices 2 times from any menu’s button. Place everything out the way it is shown below. 
Take the next tool 
and picture out the layer under the picture. It must have the color F1F7F7. 
Blending Options-Inner Glow
Blending Options-Stroke
Take a picture after that representing a diver and situate it above the prepared layer.
