click now on the mouse’s button, keeping pressed the Alt button between the ellipse’s layer and the luminescent screen. 
Take the same instrument and represent a circle inside the luminescent screen and an ellipse. It must have the color – 49A6D7. Click on the mouse’s button, keeping pressed the Alt button between the ellipse’s layer and the circle’s one.

create more circles of the same color. Then click on the mouse, keeping pressed the same Alt button between the layers of the previous circle and the new one.
