For your convenience now, we should merge down in a group all the layers containing the button.
Make five copies of the new made group and insert a special effect on the last button’s layers:



Blending Options-Outer Glow



Selecting the next tool , it’s possible to draw the pause indicator on the button:





Fill 0% on the layers
Blending Options-Drop Shadow
