Now we have to make two copies of this recently made layer.
Later apply Free Transform selection to turn the copies around and make each copy smaller than they are.



Find now several photos with the corresponding topic and cut them out to fill the necessary places on the site’s header.



Take this tool to create now a thin stripe, situated on the upper part of the site’s header.



Fill 0% on the layers.
