Gradient’s parameters:



Choose the earlier used instrument and try to represent several radial lines, like it is indicated on the next picture.



All the lines should have the same color. Fill 20% on the layers.
Applying the next instrument , represent on the lowest part of the picture a stripe, having the color 647AA5.



Blending Options-Stroke



We have to mark out all the layers, composing the picture, except the lowest stripe and click with the right mouse’s button on the Merge Layers option.
Make a copy of the new made layer and apply the Free Transform selection to turn the picture around, like in the next picture.
