Futuristic Windows Vista Wallpaper

This tutorial shows you how to design wallpaper, that can we can use on the web, or any other practical use.
Create a new file that would have 1000×800 px and 72 dpi. Select the Rectangle Tool (U) to draw the background for the picture to be next. 
Blending Options-Gradient Overlay
Gradient’s parameters: 
Blending Options-Pattern Overlay, choose Pattern (Blue textured) in the Color paper. 
Next select the Line Tool (U) to draw two vertical stripes that would have the same parameters: 
The Opacity on the layers should be of 60%.
