Graffiti Art With Balls

Fill 70% on the layers and change again the Blending Mode - Normal to Overlay. 
Create a new layer and choose the Brush Tool (B) with blurred edges and the colors from here: 5C0003, black and 221327 and patch out the zones near the spheres, Place this layer under the layer containing the small circles. 
Change the Blending Mode - Normal to Overlay on the layers’ panel. 
Create a new layer again. Select the Brush Tool (B) and choose a brush of green, red and blue colors to represent radiance around the spheres. Place this layer lower than the layer containing those big spheres.
