1. Open up a image in photoshop.


2. You can use the one I used below:

3. Right click the layer and go to Duplicate.


4. Apply Filter>Texture>Patchwork to Layer 1(the bottom layer) with these settings:

5. Go back to the top layer and change the blending mode to Hard Light:
