Gradient’s parameters: 
Applying the same Ellipse Tool (U), we’ll represent one more layer reserved for the indicator, colored with # 9C6856. 
Make a mouse’s click between the ring’s layers and the recently made one, pressing simultaneously the Alt button and the layer will be applied in the ring’s limits.
