Make a copy of the last made layer and select the Free Transform option to place the copy on the upper part of the glass tube, but it should be enlarged a little:

Using the same instrument, we have to create one more flare on the upper part of the glass tube.

Fill 0% on the layers.
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
