Make a copy of the new flare’s layer situated under logotype and select the
Free Transform option to make the copy smaller and to place the copy to the right side the same way it is demonstrated below:
Write the logotype’s name now, keeping the demands from the next shown table:

Brush Tool (B) to insert a kind of brilliance on the glass tube that would have white color.
