Blending Options>Stroke
The Ellipse Tool (U) will be helpful in drawing a highlight that you may see on the next picture. 
The layer’s parameters:
Fill 0% on the layers.
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient’s parameters: 
Press Alt button and make a mouse’s click between the highlight’s layer and the logotype’s one for the highlight to be applied in the limits of the previous layer.
