Next we need to represent on the button a kind of shadow, using the Ellipse Tool (U). Place it above the button’s layer. 

Hold on Alt button and make a mouse’s click between the shadow’s layer and the button’s one for the shadow to take the limits of the button. 

Make four copies of the shadow’s layer, placing the copies above each buttons’ layer. Press then on the Alt button and make a mouse’s click between the layers for the shadows to be applied in the limits of the buttons (the way it was described earlier). 
Create a new layer and then represent on it a dividing, vertical line situated between the buttons, colored in #8E8E8E.
