The layer’s parameters: Fill 20% on the layers.

Select the same instrument to represent another layer reserved for the abstraction.

Blending Options>Gradient Overlay

Gradient’s parameters:

Blending Options>Stroke


Make two copies of the last made layer and choose again the Free Transform option to change the copies’ sizes. The first copy has this color – #72251F

The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Outer Glow

The second copy:

The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Inner Shadow

Blending Options>Inner Glow

Blending Options>Gradient Overlay

Gradient’s parameters:


Press Alt button and make a mouse’s click between the layers of the recently made layer and the previous one for them to lay over one above the other.



The layer’s parameters: Fill 0% on the layer.

Gradient’s parameters:

Next step includes choosing the Ellipse Tool (U) and representing the other layer that will be a part of the final abstraction. The layer’s color this time should be #7B120F

Blending Options>Inner Glow

Make a copy of the last made layer and choose the Free Transform option to move a little the copy on the upper part.

The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Gradient Overlay

Gradient’s parameters:


Hold on the Alt button and make a mouse’s click between the layers for them to lay over one above the other.


Applying the Ellipse Tool (U) try to picture a flare next:

Make a copy of the last made layer and choose the Free Transform option to make the copy smaller and place it the same way you may see below:
