Select the Pencil Tool (B) and try to represent two dividing stripes. Create a new layer for this operation. The light – blue stripe has this color #267EAE and the dark – blue one has the next color - #004F80

Using the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U), represent a window with the same edges’ radius as it is written next:



Apply the next parameters for Blending Options as in the next example.
