The pattern’s title is Color Paper> Sketch Paper 
That is what we should get on the almost final stage: 
Make several copies of the last stripes we have drawn and place them the way it is presented in the picture: 
Next we’ll select the Rectangle Tool (U) and represent black stripes around the circle: 
Finished!
