You may see what we have got at this stage: 
Now we should take the Brush Tool (B) and picture two elements with the black color, using the downloaded brush from Internet. 
Set the same parameters that are presented below on the layers’ palette: 
Create a new layer and represent on it a wavy line with the Brush Tool (B), having the Opacity of 10% and the color #006699. 
Set the next parameters on the layers’ palette: 
It’s the result that we should get: 
Using the Brush Tool (B) on a new layer and the downloaded brushes from Internet, Blood Splatter Brushes By Vexing Art and Evil Blood Splat, it’s possible to represent several sparks and drops as it is shown in the next picture. The colors’ codes are indicated on the picture: 
Apply for this layer the parameters from the layers’ palette:
