Learn about orb special effects while converting an ordinary orb into a fantasy art piece in this Adobe Photoshop tutorial.
Inspired from *Tamilia Orb-Vector Wallpaper.
Create a new file (File>New) that must have 1024×768 px and 72 dpi. 
Select now the Rectangle Tool (U) and represent the background of the picture to be next: 
The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Gradient Overlay 
Gradient’s parameters: 
Take the Ellipse Tool (U) now and try to make the primary layer, reserved for the small ball:

can anyone tell me how do i change the angle of the brush so that i can brush the flowers going to the left site , like in the tut?

you can put the b rush on the picture and go to edit- transform- flip horizontal or the angle you want it to be
