Choose the same instrument, Ellipse Tool (U), for picturing the next layer reserved for the ball, but this time of white color:
The layer’s parameters: Fill 20%
Take the Ellipse Tool (U) and represent the shadow, situated under the ball. It should have the black color.
The shadow’s layer needs to be placed lower than the ball’s layers (on the layers’ palette).
The layer’s parameter: Blending Options>Outer Glow
Try to download again from Internet a set of ready to use brushes for Adobe Photoshop: Grunge Flowery set 2 and use it on our picture (behind the ball’s layers) on a new layer (Create a new layer). Apply the brushes presented here: Flowery_12, Flowery_13
We need to apply for these brushes’ layers the same layer’s parameter shown below: Blending Mode-Overlay
Download again from Internet a set of ready to use brushes for Adobe Photoshop: Levy Things Borders. Create a new layer and select the next brushes: Sampled Brush #19 (diameter 125), Sampled Brush #35, Sampled Brush #39, Sampled Brush #34. The brushes’ layer should be placed under the ball’s layers.

Very cool but hard to follow you when you don’t tell me how to get to certain tools.
We are trying to learn so you have to be basic
