Ellipse Tool (U), for picturing the next layer reserved for the ball, but this time of white color:
The layer’s parameters:
Fill 20% 
Take the
Ellipse Tool (U) and represent the shadow, situated under the ball. It should have the black color.
The shadow’s layer needs to be placed lower than the ball’s layers (on the layers’ palette).

Blending Options>Outer Glow 
Try to download again from Internet a set of ready to use brushes for Adobe Photoshop:
Grunge Flowery set 2 and use it on our picture (behind the ball’s layers) on a new layer (
Create a new layer). Apply the brushes presented here:

We need to apply for these brushes’ layers the same layer’s parameter shown below:
