Make one more copy of the circles’ group and changing the parameters, we’ll get two more groups of circles. 
changing the Gradient Overlay parameter of the second and of the third circle on this one indicated below…: 
…we’ll get a new group: 
Make a copy of the last made group and place it the way it is shown next picture: 
Next we have to select the Free Transform option to minimize the first circle for getting another group. 
Now make the necessary number of copies and change the parameters of the second and of the third circles to get two types of groups, placing them again the same way presented below: 
Select now the CustomShapeTool (U) to choose from the table below the corresponding pattern and place it on the picture: 
The color is #A9A59E
