Gradient’s parameters: 
Make a copy of the last made layer and select again the
Free Transform option to move a little the copy as it is represented below. The copy-layer should have the next parameters:
Opacity 100%
Fill 100% 
On the last stage we should insert the text, keeping the demands from below:
The text layer’s parameters:
Blending Options>Outer Glow
