Create one more new layer of 4×4 px and 72 dpi and select the Pencil Tool (B) of the color #25B0C3 to create another texture’s pattern.

Edit>Define Pattern
Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the running indicator. Place this layer lower than the layer containing the running line.
