Give some volume to the grating: Blending Options>Bevel and Emboss

Insert the shadow Blending Options>Drop Shadow:

Place the screws on the edges and the grating is finished!

We can represent a kind of reflection also, just to make the picture nicer. In this case we’ll choose the appropriate instrument when using the Shift button to represent by one rectangle under each music box:
