Using the Custom Shape Tool (U), we can represent many snowflakes of white color and different sizes.

Take the previous instrument, Custom Shape Tool (U) to represent the primary layer reserved for the Christmas garland that has white color.

Select the Convert Point Tool and press simultaneously the SHIFT button to mark out all the figure’s upper tops. Then we have to use the Free Transform option while pressing also the SHIFT button to draw down the tops.

Apply the next parameters for the last layer: Blending Options>Outer Glow

Blending Options>Inner Glow

Blending Options>Stroke

Using the Ellipse Tool (U), we may represent a circle, colored with #FFAF38

Make a copy of the last made layer and choose Free Transform option to place the layer as the next picture shows it. In this case we should use next color – #00C100
Make four copies of the made circle that has the color #FFAF38 and make also four copies of the green circle. When alternating the circles’ copies, it’s possible to make them look like in the picture below:

Select Add a Mask option for the last green circle and make a mouse click on the layers’ panel. Use next a standard brush of black color to paint the zone where the green circle borders with the first made circle.

Press Alt button and make a mouse click between the layer containing the Christmas garland and the layers containing the circles’ copies for the circles to be applied in the limits of the garland’s edges.

Make a copy of the recently made layer of the garland (of white color). Using the Free Transform selection, it’s possible to make the copy smaller, applying for it the color #FF6800.

The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Outer Glow

Blending Options>Stroke

Represent now a highlight on the Christmas garland, selecting the Ellipse Tool (U).

The layer’s parameters: Fill 0%
Blending Options>Outer Glow

Blending Options>Inner Glow

Insert the congratulatory text, keeping the demands shown in the next table:

Select the next parameters for the text’s layer: Blending Options>Stroke

Representing the postcard came to end!
