Next we’ll select the Pen Tool (P) and represent a kind of serpentine near the balloons. Applying a different regime for the Pen Tool (P), we can represent the loops of the serpentine, which shapes may be corrected with the Convert Point Tool.

Using the same tools and the same methods, try to make two more so-called serpentines and insert them on our picture:

Apply the same parameters indicated below for each serpentine’s layer: Blending Options>Gradient Overlay

Choose next stage the Custom Shape Tool (U) to draw a small star, colored with the next indicated color – #D7E6FD

The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Stroke

Make a lot of copies of the last made layer reserved for our small star. Then select the Free Transform option to change the copies’ shapes and sizes as it is presented below. We have to change also the parameter Blending Options>Stroke on the copies for changing the contour’s size inside the stars figures.
