The layer’s parameters:
Blending Options>Stroke 
Make a lot of copies of the last made layer reserved for our small star. Then select the
Free Transform option to change the copies’ shapes and sizes as it is presented below. We have to change also the parameter
Blending Options>Stroke on the copies for changing the contour’s size inside the stars figures.
Write now the New Year data, keeping the demands from the table presented next:
