Use the same tool when inserting several white small arrows.

Two arrows must be colored with #96D4E6

Two more arrows have the color #00A0C6. Use the same Custom Shape Tool (U) to draw them.

Take the Pen Tool (P) and represent a shining star of white color. Correcting its shape is possible with the Convert Point Tool.

Make twenty – four copies of the shining star drawn last and select Free Transform option to change the copies’ sizes and their placement on the picture.

    hello, how can i color the rainbow without coloring the entire document? coz thats happening to me and how to make the perfect circle within the cirlce?im a beginner

    How to color a cicle:

    new layer ->make a circle using the “ellipse tool”->
    right click on that layer; choose “blending options” -> color overlay then double click on the colored square to the right and choose color then click OK.

    cant get any easier :)

    Guys how do I make the circles the same distance everytime, when I tried I could only make one circle the same distance. THIS IS REALLY CONFUSING PLEASE HELP PLEASE!!!!
