Create a new layer and select for it a standard brush (
Brush Tool (B)) for representing an ornament that would be made of a lot of small points of different sizes, having the color
#1C286F
Use the same brush for representing a lot of points on another layer (
Create new layer), supplementing the ornament of our picture. The color in this case should be
#22370d. You may see below the marked places the brush should be used on.
Create a new layer and apply again the
Brush Tool (B) for representing many points of white color.
On the next layer (
Create new layer) we’ll apply the mentioned above tool for representing a kind of ornament made of many points too, colored with
#BD1385. Use the brush only on those places marked on the picture.
Create a new layer and try to represent several points with a standard brush too, colored with
#99CC16
Add several more points colored with
#236798
Now it’s necessary to select the
Custom Shape Tool (U) to represent several arrows colored with
#1C286F. The arrow may be turned around with
Free Transform.
Apply for the layers containing the two arrows the same parameters:
Blending Options>Stroke
