Select for the brushes’ layer the next parameters: Blending mode-Soft Light



Use one more time the Line Tool (U) to represent several other lines of white color.



(weight 20 px) And several other four lines of 3 px weight



Take the Ellipse Tool (U) and try to draw several white small circles:



We should use the same next demonstrated parameters for the white lines, made up with the Line Tool (U) and for the small circles: Fill 30%



Download out of Internet a picture having represented on it a young girl:



Cut it out and insert it on our basic picture, inclining the girl a little with the Free Transform option.



Choose now the Ellipse Tool (U) to draw a small circle, colored in #1D84FF



Select the next demonstrated parameters by making a mouse click on the processed layer on the layers’ panel: Blending Options>Inner Glow
