Create next a new layer (Create new layer) and use on it the usual Brush Tool (B) of black color to paint the soccer player’s face.

 



Create again a new layer (Create new layer) and use on it this time the Paint Bucket Tool (G) to fill it with the color #666666



Select for the last layer the option from here: Filter>Noise>Add Noise

 



Select the next parameters on the same layer: Fill 47%
Blending mode-Soft Light



Insert the necessary text on the bottom part of the picture, keeping the demands shown in the table from below:

 



The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Drop Shadow
