Continue by working with the second hidden layer till now and make one copy of it. Next we shall represent the points with the Ellipse Tool (U) when pressing Alt button. 
Choose Gradient Overlay.

Drop Shadow: 
Make a copy of the layer, and change the dice’s tops the way we did with the first one. Select also Blending OptionsBevel and Emboss:
