Gradient’s parameters: 
Next we have to create a new file (File>New) of 4×4 px and 72 dpi. Using the Pencil Tool (B) on it, it’s possible to draw a kind of black texture, like the next one, presented below: 
Edit>Define Pattern
Get back to the site’s page. Use again the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent a special layer reserved for the menu’s buttons. This layer needs to be situated lower than the layer containing the site’s header (on the layers’ panel). 
The layer’s parameters: Fill 0%
Blending Options>Pattern Overlay 
Make a copy of the earlier made layer with the site’s header, applying for the copy new parameters, presented below:
