Make a mouse click on the bottom part of the layers’ palette on Create new fill or adjustment layer>Levels
Next we have to make a mouse click on Add a Mask option on the bottom part of the layers’ palette, as we did earlier and apply the Brush Tool (B) of black color to clean out that picture’s part situated above the ornament:
Take now the Ellipse Tool (U) to draw a small circle’s figure:
The layer’s parameters: Blending Options>Outer Glow
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient’s parameters:
Use the same instrument to represent another small circle:
The layer’s parameters: Fill 0%
Blending Options>Outer Glow
Blending Options>Color Overlay
Select once again the Ellipse Tool (U) for drawing another small circle:

There following things that i couldn’t understand:
1. Why did you draw the rectangle tool?
2. When I created the same color combinations as shown in 4th picture and tried to rotate the canvas 90 cw it was completely changing from your work outs
What are your instructions for me in your above problems.
Thanks

I don’t understand what you mean by “mark it out” either. I was wondering if you could tell me what you mean by that.

What I did for the ‘mark it out’ part was change the layer into a smart object and then rasterized it. The rest went pretty well from there.

This tutorial was rather hard to follow, I understood most of it though some of it was difficult to understand what it was saying. The product came out well and though this tutorial was indeed helpful, there needs to be more detail in the explanation.

Use the Free Transform option to change the bitmap layer as the next picture indicates it:

first you should use perspective option and then make your object little bigger.
