Making your own portfolio web page

Create one more new layer (Create new layer), applying on it again the Vector_brushes. The brushes have white color (Fill 20%). This layer should be situated lower than the layer with the author’s photo (on the layers’ panel). 
Next step includes writing the title of the site, keeping the demands from the table below: 
The parameters for the personal named layer: Blending Options>Outer Glow 
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay 
Gradient’s parameters:

It is a great tutorial, and very well explained. However like many other tutorials around the web it lacks the next stage - converting this design to XHTML and CSS. It would be nice to see how the concept can be made into reality.

Yes, where could I go to learn how to convert a design such as this to XHTML / CSS ? I would like to use Joomla as the CMS..
