Try to represent inside the large stripe several thinner stripes, selecting the same tool for drawing them.
Use the last tool to draw several thin stripes between the already made ones.
Try to insert on the picture several more stripes, as those from below:
Set the next parameters for the layer containing the stripe with the color #A17425:
Blending Options>Drop Shadow
Blending Options>Inner Shadow
We may insert the same way several white stripes, applying the previous method:
Choosing the Custom Shape Tool (U), it’s possible to draw a small star, colored with #F10C85. You may see below the demonstrated pattern for the star:

Fill the selection with color: #490F02. Don’t press Ctrl+D to Deselect.
Now we need to choise Select>Inverse and press Delete to cut the background around girl.
Merge Down both layers into a single one (CTRL+E). Insert the new result on the picture.
in this step.. i’m can’t get the same result.. some one please help me..
